As part of my birth support services, I bring a tool bag designed to create a calm, supportive environment during labor. I use comfort measures like massage, guided breathing, and positioning techniques to ease discomfort and support relaxation. Each tool helps me respond to your needs in the moment so you feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout your birth experience.

I offer compassionate postpartum support to help you navigate the early days after birth with confidence and care. During our visit, I’ll answer your questions, assist with breastfeeding, and provide guidance as you adjust to life with your new baby. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, rested, and empowered during this important transition.

As part of my support, I offer access to trusted resources to help you prepare for birth and postpartum with confidence. Whether you're interested in placenta encapsulation, hypnobirthing, or lactation support, I connect you with reputable professionals and evidence-based options to help you feel informed and supported.

My full birth support service is offered at a flat rate of $1,000. This includes personalized care, continuous support during labor, and access to helpful resources tailored to your needs.
